We welcome requests for short-term, training and workshop-centred 'product resets' as well as longer term product delivery and Agile coaching engagements. In particular, we love to work with Product Managers, Product Owners, Analysts and Agile teams that are new to their roles.
Director and Lead Consultant Heike Vogt is an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), ScrumMaster and Change Management Registered Practitioner with years of experience in a variety of Agile product and project roles. She is also fluent in German. Products successfully delivered include the European Medicines Agency's main regulatory data management system as well as numerous front-end and back-end products in publishing, exhibition management and performance marketing.
